SHIPPING INFORMATION AND OPTIONS

• We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.  Please allow three (3) to six (6) business days for delivery of in stock items.  We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within this time frame.
• Orders within the U.S. will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for a flat rate of $7.  You can also upgrade your shipping to USPS Express Mail for a flat rate of $20.  
• Please contact us before choosing Express mail, so we can ensure that your desired purchase items are in stock and ready to ship.  

• International orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail for a flat rate of $14.  Please note, International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive at final destination.  If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to call us.  You can also place your order over the phone by calling our customer service line at 225-383-6989.
• If we are unable to ship your order in full (if an item in your order needs to be back ordered), we will ship the back order free of charge.
• Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Beatrixbell Handcrafted Jewelry or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

• If paying with a paper check or e-check, your shipment may be delayed 5 business days or until check clears.

SPECIAL ORDERS

• Please allow an additional five (5) business days for custom colors and special orders.  Please note, all sales are final on custom and special orders. 
• Chain can be lengthened for a rate of $0.50 per inch (silver) and $0.70 per inch (gold filled).  We are only able to lengthen certain styles of chains which may require us to change your chain style. 

RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGES

• If you would like to make a return or exchange please complete this form . We will gladly take exchanges up to 10 business days after receiving your purchase.
•  If returning your item we strongly recommend that you ship with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for lost packages. 
• All sales are final on custom orders including all products from our bridal collection.
• Items purchased at gift shows and arts markets are non-refundable. 
•  Sorry, if you have lost an earring, we are unable to make a duplicate. Due to the handmade nature of many of our earrings, it is very difficult to replicate designs after original date of creation. 
• Our jewelry is guaranteed for 6 months from time of purchase. In the unlikely and unfortunate circumstance that your piece happens to break, we will fix it free of charge. Under normal wear and tear, our jewelry should last a long time!

·         We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.  Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology. 

·         To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to Beatrixbell Handcrafted Jewelry. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.

·         When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the Sample Store site. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

·         We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

GIFT WRAPPING

• Gift wrapping is available for an additional $1.00 charge.  If you choose to have your item gift wrapped, it will arrive in an organza pouch wrapped in a neutral colored gift pouch with raffia bow and dried flowers.  Each jewelry piece will be individually gift wrapped.  
• If you would like several pieces in the same gift package, please select gift wrapping only once (to avoid being double charged) and let us know which items will be gift wrapped together in comments section during checkout.
• In the comments section during checkout, let us know if we need to include a special gift message!
• If you opt to have your item gift wrapped and it is being sent to a different person/shipping address, we will automatically NOT include your invoice in the package.

HANDCRAFTED DIFFERENCES

·         Due to the handmade nature of each individual product, some pieces may vary slightly in shape, size or color.  We hand select our gemstones and pearls, guaranteeing your satisfaction.  However, item may vary very slightly from image displayed on website.

MADE IN THE U.S.A.

·         Our product is designed and created in the USA (New Orleans, LA).  All of our raw materials, beads, charms and supplies come from companies and factories based in the United States.

WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?

·         Gold filled (unlike gold plating) has an actual layer of gold giving it more value and making it tarnish resistant.  Gold filled is the most economical alternative to solid gold.  We have been working with gold filled metals for 10 years and have never had a piece tarnish or change color!  Gold filled works great with people who have sensitive ears and metal allergies.

WHAT IS A "SWAROVSKI" PEARL?

·         Swarovski pearls,  also known as the Swarovski Crystal pearls, are imitation pearls created with a Swarovski crystal center (rather than a plastic or acrylic center).   Using crystals rather than plastic beads yield a surprisingly realistic imitation pearl.   Each sphere is layered with several coats of mother of pearl.  This is the highest grade glass pearl and exhibits a more luminous appearance than other imitation pearls.  Swarovski pearls are washable and not susceptible to damage from perfume or perspiration. They are also resistant to scratches.
