After your online purchase we will deliver your item(s) within 1-3 business days. We will contact you via e-mail when the merchandise has been shipped. A flat rate of $7 will be added to your order to cover shipping and postal insurance.
Please include any special instructions for your order upon checkout (color, size, length etc).
When requesting jewelry from our bridal pages, orders may be delayed up to 7-10 business days. We will keep you updated on the status of your order. All items featured in the bridal pages are made-to-order, and sometimes bead ordering is required for your color selections. Please let us know if your order requires rush delivery at time of purchase.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or are not satisfied with your purchase, mail it back to us in 10 business days and we will refund your money or replace your item.
We can adjust the sizes on all necklaces. Adding 2 inches to any necklace is free of charge. Just ask! Please ask for a price quote for necklaces requiring lengths longer than 2 inches.
