Looking for a creative and memorable activity for your next event? Our Bracelet Bar Experience brings hands-on fun and beautiful keepsakes to your group, whether you're planning a corporate event, private party, conference, or celebration. We can accommodate small gatherings or large groups.
Bead bar setup fees scale with guest count to reflect the materials, preparation, and staffing needed to accommodate your group size. Please contact us for a price sheet with different tiers and hourly prices.
How It Works:

Tell Us About Your Event
Share your estimated guest count and event time frame so we can plan accordingly. -
Secure a Consultation
A $50 refundable consultation fee is required to begin the planning process. This fee will be refunded and reflected on your final balance.

Share Your Vision
Tell us about your preferred colors, theme, or branding so we can customize the bead bar to suit your event. While many clients choose our standard setup, we also offer specialty branded options. These require additional lead time for sourcing and shipping. To ensure everything arrives on time, we recommend confirming your design and submitting a deposit at least 9 weeks in advance. -
Choose Your Bead Setup
For branded or themed events, we’ll create a vision board with up to 20 curated bead styles and charms for your approval. Prefer to keep it simple? Use our standard bead setup featuring 50+ styles. For an extra fee we can source custom logo charms. Fees apply. -
Submit Deposit
Once we have finalized your bead selection, we will finalize your contract. A 25% deposit is required before any custom materials are ordered. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to your event.
EVENT LOGISTICS:

Set up and Take down. We will arrive 30-60 minutes before your event to set up our bead bar.

Bead Bar Presentation
We provide two 4-foot draped tables to showcase your bead bar. Beads are displayed in white ceramic dishes and/or clear bead boxes. You're also welcome to supply your own branded table coverings if preferred. -
Guest Seating
Typically, the event venue provides seating or cocktail tables where guests can gather to create their jewelry. -
On-Site Assistance
Our team is on hand to guide guests through the process. We assist with measuring, gluing, and knotting each bracelet at a dedicated knotting station. -
