REPAIRS

We will gladly fix your jewelry for free if for some reason it breaks due to normal wear and tear* within 6 months of purchase. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your repair. Items sent without payment will not be processed.  If jewelry has been broken due to pulling, stretching  or other mishandling, a repair fee can be estimated.

MISSING EARRINGS

To replace a missing earrings cost will be ½ of MSRP plus a 15% design fee. Please contact us and submit an image of your earrings so we can determine if a replacement can be created.

REFUNDS/STORE CREDITS

Unconditional money back guarantee on all purchases. If for some reason you need to return your online purchase(s), please complete the below form and mail us your purchase within 10 business days of purchase. Refunds and store credits will not be processed after this 10 day time frame. Please note, your original method of payment will be refunded, or you can opt for a store credit. Shipping charges are not refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange a piece of jewelry, please mail it back to us in its original condition and packaging. Exchanges can be made within 10 days of purchase. Once we have received your jewelry we will issue you a digital store credit that can be redeemed on our website.

When returning your jewelry, please make sure it is packaged securely so as to not incur damage through transit. We encourage you to ship with a tracking number as we are not responsible for jewelry that is lost in the mail.
